Lipikaar: Getting Started

This section describes how to use Lipikaar with your applications.

• Double Click on Start Lipikaar icon on the desktop.
  
  
  
  
• A small लि icon will appear on task bar next to the system time. (This indicates that Lipikaar has been enabled on your machine.)
  
  
• Open any application that you wish to type in such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer etc.
• Right click on the icon and select typing language of your choice.
  
  
• Start typing in the application.

System Requirements

• Works on Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server
• Supports both 32-bit and 64-bit machines
• .Net Framework 2.0 (included in Lipikaar)
• Windows Installer 3.1 (included in Lipikaar)
