Here is how you can type the punjabi characters:
ਡ਼੍ਹ - ਡ(ddd) + ਼(zzz) + ੍ (x) + ਹ (h)
ਨ੍ਹ - ਨ(n) + ੍ (x) + ਹ(h)
ਲ੍ਹ - ਲ (l) + ੍ (x) + ਹ(h)
ਗ੍ਹ - ਗ(g) + ੍ (x) + ਹ(h)
