hi,
i have windows 7 installed in my PC will the latest version of lipikaar will work in this enviornmnet.

Yes, Lipikaar supports Windows 7 and the current version of Lipikaar (v8.6) will work on Windows 7.
(If you have a 64-bit machine, you will need to download a separate installer.)
